Doug Grey came to use wanting to build a strong reliable power plant for his 1967 Firebird. Doug wanted 500 to 600 horse with a round port aluminum head. Well we reached right for a set of KRE High Ports and one of our custom ground hyd roller cams and BANG! 608.9 hp at 5900 rpm and 593.5 ft lbs of torque at 4700rpm all package in a tiny little 455 on pump gas! Should make for a fun ride in Doug’s ’67 Bird!
